Versatility
The engineered design of the Heavy Duty Flood Barriers allows it to be used on rough uneven terrain, around obstacles. Protruding steel collars underneath the bottom bean establish a grip and increase friction between the barrier and ground surface. Adjustable link bars allow the frames to be placed at different elevations. Trapezoid elements are used to patch around obstacles and connect between elevations.
Simple Storage
The logistical advantages of the Heavy Duty Flood Barriers saves money every day
in storage and in every deployment through fewer transports to and from the
flooded site. All barriers come flat packed in stackable steel crates with forklift
pockets and side gates for easier packing and unpacking on site. The single items
are light enough to be carried by two workers and each crate can be pulled with a
manual forklift. One set contains 33 sections of fully deployed Heavy Duty Flood
Barrier (132 linear feet) and the parts are packed in three crates.

Easy Setup
The Industrial Flood Barrier has been designed and engineered to enable a fast installation without the need for tools, heavy equipment or a large workforce. This innovative steel barrier has become a large-scale favorite with government entities for its great logistical advantages and ingenious simplicity.
PLACE, UNFOLD & LOCK STEEL SUPPORTS
Place the frames 3 ft 3 in apart to form your intended barrier line. Unfold the a-frame and secure the upright position with the
snap lock.
MOUNT STEEL PANEL
Hang the panels between the frames by sliding the cutout over the protruding mount knobs on the supports and overlapping the neighboring panels.
LINE WITH MEMBRANE
Poll out the poly membrane along the barrier and fizate it with panel clips at the top. Add chains as ballast to manage windy conditions.
ANCHORED WITH WATER
Allow water to come onto the liner and the face of the barrier and let it anchor itself using the forces exerted by the
flood water.
Simple Storage
The Industrial Flood Barrier is delivered, transported and stored in a special crate
designed to fit all components needed to install 164 linear feet of a complete
barrier. The crate is divided into separate compartments and both short sides have
detachable gates that ease and speed up loading and unloading. A fully loaded
crate weighs up to 3053 pounds and can be moved with a pallet jack. The outer
dimensions vary between the models and all crates are stackable three high
