SST Houston

The School of Science & Technology in Houston was designed in a 100-year floodplain. During construction, the Architect contacted Floodproofing.com regarding help on mitigation. We were able to educate them and the Developer on the number of vents the building would need in order to be properly mitigated. We are also able to provide them with assistance on how many rough openings they'd need in their stem walls being the vent configurations are so large. To match the aesthetic of the brand new building, they decided on our powder coat painted wheat Dual-Function Custom Multi-Frame SMART VENTS.
