The Keller

The Kelly, a landmark condominium just 300 feet from the Hudson River, came with the challenge of protecting its sloping sidewalks from potential flooding. To tackle this, we installed a customized setup of Mega Flood Logs and Flood Shields. The project included three openings, with the largest stretching 116 feet, featuring a smooth transition between the logs and shields. We added six corner supports and seven midspans to ensure the system was strong and reliable, delivering a practical and effective solution for this historic property.
