Mattson Mill

Located on the banks of the Schuylkill River just West of Philadelphia, Conshohocken has seen a development boom in recent years. So much so that some of the only space still available is right along the river. For the design, a Baltimore based architectural firm was chosen to be the lead designer, the developer and prime contractor were located in Philadelphia. This was a chance for Floodproofing.com to showcase our capabilities of the Flood Design Team. All parties were able to work hand in hand to ensure the 21 openings were protected against the frequent flooding they would experience. Plus, with Floodproofing.com handling initial installation and providing training to the property management team, they have already needed to deploy the system and protected the building from flooding caused by a recent storm!
