Floodproofing.com installed Mega Flood Logs on the Plant Research Building Garage at the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. The solution protected four openings to a height of 2' 5" with removable wall mounts. The location is just inside the Big Sarasota Pass at Bay Point, a small inlet that separates the north end of Siesta Key from the south end of Lido Key and causes frequent coastal flooding in Sarasota.
Wharton is prone to flash floods from excessive rainfall. The new Ace Hardware is a steel-frame warehouse building on a concrete slab near flood-prone culverts in the surrounding low-lying agricultural and livestock plains. Our team installed Mega Flood Logs on six openings in the concrete block structure to a protection height of 3 feet. The Mega Flood Logs barrier system is easy to deploy, so they are ready for the next flood.

ABC Sign Corporation is a custom sign fabricator located in an industrial area on the Pequonnock River, an inlet off of the Long Island Sound prone to coastal flooding. Mega Flood Logs were installed on seven openings to a protection height of 2 feet 6 inches with removable jamb mounts on the garage openings and permanent mounts with custom covers on the exterior pedestrian doors.
Federal Hill Commons is a 6.5-acre urban park that opened in Spring 2017 and includes a beautiful amphitheater, market plaza and event space. The park is a gathering space for events and music performances and serves as an economic development catalyst extending Downtown Noblesville across the White River, which is prone to frequent flooding. Our team installed Flood Panels and Mega Flood Logs on four openings at the parking garage to a protection height of 6'5".
